Credits

Some app actions cost credits — sending a P2P text message, enriching a contact with premium data, and similar things where we're paying a third party per use. Your plan covers the platform; credits cover the per-action costs on top.

The Credits pane shows your balance, what's consuming it, and how to keep it topped up.

Your balance

The current balance sits at the top. Below it, Usage by app breaks down which apps have been spending, so a balance that's draining faster than you expected has an obvious place to start looking.

Auto-refill

Rather than watching the number, turn on auto-refill and let it manage itself.

  1. Switch Auto-refill on.
  2. Set Refill when balance falls below — the credit threshold that triggers a purchase.
  3. Choose a Refill pack — how many credits to buy each time.
  4. Set a Monthly auto-refill cap — the most you're willing to spend in a month, in cents.

That last one is the important one. The cap is a hard ceiling: once a month's auto-refills reach it, refilling stops until the next month, even if the balance keeps dropping. It exists so a misconfigured integration or a runaway job can't quietly spend a fortune overnight. Set it to a number you'd be comfortable seeing on a statement.

Running out

When the balance hits zero, metered actions stop. Nothing else about your workspace is affected — contacts, activity, imports, and every un-metered feature carry on as normal. Top up and the metered actions resume.
