Workspace Details

The Details pane is the first thing you see in Settings, and it holds the four facts that define your workspace.

Workspace name

Your workspace name is what appears in the workspace switcher and across the app — "Dunder Mifflin", "Bartlett for President", whatever fits. Edit the field and click Save. It needs to be between 3 and 128 characters.

Renaming is cosmetic and safe. It does not change your handle, break any links, or affect API keys.

Workspace owner

The owner is the person with ultimate authority over the workspace — including billing. To hand it over, pick a different team member from the owner dropdown and save.

Choose carefully. The new owner gets full administrative control, and only an admin can hand it back.

Timezone

Set your workspace timezone here. This is the default used for date and time displays and for anything scheduled across the workspace, so it's worth setting to wherever your team actually is rather than leaving it wherever it landed.

Account status

This one is read-only — it tells you where your account stands:

  • Active — a live, paid workspace.
  • Trial — you're evaluating, and the trial end date is shown alongside.
  • Probation — something needs attention, usually billing.
  • Closed — the workspace has been shut down.

If your status isn't what you expect, check Billing first.
