Understanding Activities

Within the Activity app, you can see all the things your contacts have been up to. This can include everything from phone calls, meetings, donations, events, volunteer shifts, and much more.

Customize Activities

Just like with the Contacts app, you can create custom fields involving activities to make ContactDrive work for you.

Choose the columns, filters, and column order to make this grid and its view work for your needs.

Add New Activity

To add a new activity action for a contact, follow these steps

  1. Click on the blue "Add Activity" button and fill out the fields in the pop up window
  2. Choose a pre-set activity action using the drop down from the blue "Add Activity" button on the main activity app
  3. Go to the individual contact itself and click on the "Share an Update" field
  4. Import a spreadsheet of activities (such as donations, event RSVPs, etc.). Follow our help docs on importing activities and import tips to ensure it goes smoothly.
