How to clear your browser cache on iPhone

ContactDrive uses local storage extensively to help you keep your place when using the app.

However, this can sometimes result in a mismatch in what your browser expects and what the server is telling it. In this case, you need to clear your phone's browser cache.

Here's how to clear your browser cache if you use Chrome on an iPhone or other iOS device:

  1. Open the Chrome app
  2. Click on the 3 dots in your nav bar
  3. Choose History (a button in the top row)
  4. Then tap "Delete browsing data..."
  5. Under browsing data, be sure to select "Cookies, site data" and "Cached images and files".

    Note: Unfortunately, this will log you out of most sites in Chrome.

  6. Click "Delete data"
  7. Close and reopen Chrome
  8. Navigate to https://core.contactdrive.io
  9. You should now see the login page
  10. Login to ContactDrive
