Using the Campaign Monitor App

Sync your ContactDrive contacts with Campaign Monitor and ingest campaign engagement activity.

Connecting

  1. Add Campaign Monitor from the Apps marketplace.
  2. Open the app's Settings.
  3. Paste your Campaign Monitor API key.
  4. Choose the list to sync with.
  5. Pick a refresh schedule.
  6. Save.

Engagement activity

Campaign Monitor engagement flows back as activity on contact timelines — so a contact's record shows the campaigns they were sent, opened, and clicked alongside everything else you know about them.

Unsubscribes land on Suppressed Contacts with Campaign Monitor named as the source.
